The history of the opening of the bookstore “Top by Books”
One autumn day, when golden leaves decorated the streets, the idea was born to create a place where books would find their true connoisseurs, and readers – comfort and inspiration. Two friends – Anna and Maxim, passionate lovers of literature, decided to realize their dream. They wanted to not just sell books, but to create a place where people could forget about the hustle and bustle of the world, relax, drink coffee and make new friends through a shared love of reading.
After months of planning and searching for a cozy space in the city center, the store “Top by Books” opened its doors. The first day was full of emotions: visitors enthusiastically looked at the shelves, and Anna and Maxim couldn’t hold back their smiles, seeing how their dream came to life. Thematic areas of the store added a special atmosphere: from a corner for fiction to special shelves with novelties of Ukrainian literature.
The wonderful employees who make “Top by Books” special
What really sets the store apart from the rest is the team that works here with soul. Each of the employees not only loves his work, but turns it into an art of communication with people.
Oksana is an expert on novelties and trends in literature. She knows what to read before the book becomes a bestseller and always makes it easy to find the perfect gift for any holiday.
Igor is in love with classical literature and historical novels. He will easily support a conversation about Dostoevsky or Orwell and will always find time to recommend a book that will change your outlook on life.
Kateryna is the organizer of all events in the store. She holds literary evenings, meetings with authors and children’s readings, turning every event into an unforgettable event.
Vadim is a specialist in graphic novels and comics. He can be found behind the counter with a smile and a few stories about new Marvel releases or Japanese manga that always go down like hotcakes.
The “Top by Books” team always puts the comfort and satisfaction of customers first. Every guest here feels at home – they are always greeted with a smile and the question: “What story do you want to tell today?”.
